- You must know how to play your class well.
- You must be an active player and maintain good (+90%) attendance. We raid less than other guilds, so we don't think it's unreasonable to ask that you commit to turning up.
- Skill > gear always, but a good player will know that the two often correspond. Consequently, you must have the absolute best gear that you can
possibly obtain/afford at whatever level of play you are at. If your gear sucks (eg you're an experienced raider applying on an alt), you must have an upgrade
plan in mind (we're not here to boost lazy people to free lewtz).
- You must take pride in your gear (that means epic-quality gems in sockets and raiding-quality enchants on any good pieces of gear) - ABSOLUTELY NO GREENS!
WoW has been handing out free epix for a long time now, there's no excuse for shitty gear.
- You must be able to raid 2 nights per week, Mon/Wed, from 20:00 onwards (Darksorrow server time). If you commit to a raid, you must show up.
- You must be prepared to start every raid with your gear repaired and with all the consumables, pots and flasks that you need
- You must be able to listen and follow instructions
- You must read up on the boss fights and know the tactics before raid time
- You must not be a whining drama queen when it comes to loot or raid invites
